Terms & Conditions
- The level of Support Contract once chosen can only be changed once a quarter
- The minimum period for a Support Contract is 3 months
- Termination of a Support Contract requires a minimum of one calendar month notice and is always at the end of a calendar month
- Support Contracts do not operate as a ‘retainer’ but the minimum hours per month within the chosen level of contract is on a ‘use it or lose it’ basis
- Invoicing is monthly in arrears on 14 day payment terms
