As at July 2016, our service offering is priced purely with ad hoc rates and rates which apply to clients who are on one of 4 levels of support contract. See our support contract page for details of these rates and the terms & conditions which apply to all support contracts.
The prices of our product offerings vary according to whether you have a support contract with us and what level that is. Thus we reward clients who take more of our services with lower prices for the products that they want.
